Jon Landers, the founder of Creative Group LLC has over 25 years experience in marketing. He helped a British manufacturer get established in the US market back in the early 80s. After spending four years with the British manufacturer, he went on to do the same for a German horticultural company. By the late 80's he went on to become a manufacturers representative in the lawn and garden and hardware industry building a rep/service group that covered the Northeast with 100 service reps on the road to service Home Depot and other big box retailers throughout the region.

While he was working as a rep with these companies, he helped with the design of their packaging to help them get placement within these mass merchants. It was a natural transition to become a self-taught graphic designer when he purchased what was then called Creative Desktop in Brookfield, CT on 9/7/01 just days before our history was radically changed. The rest, they say, is history!
